Dorice “Dori” Woodruff
Owner/Consultant
Dori is a professional in Human Resources with over thirty years of experience. For the past seventeen years, she has held Executive Leadership roles where she developed leaders, led large-scale organizational changes, transformed departments and cultures created training classes tailored to organizational or departmental needs, recruited talented professionals to various industries, resolved thousands of workplace problems (grievances, arbitrations, and human rights cases). She has a disdain for injustice and toxic workplaces and therefore strives to be an Authentic-Servant Leader.
Dori is a doctoral student at Regent University pursuing a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership. She received a Master of Arts degree from Webster University in Human Resources Development and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management/Human Resources from Park University. In addition, she holds the following professional certifications: SHRM-CP (Society for HR Management Certified Professional), PHR (Professional in Human Resources), and sHRBP (Strategic HR Business Partner).
She has also received a certificate in Racial Equity & the Law (REAL) through the University of Akron, Diversity/Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) from the University of South Florida, Muma College of Business, LPI Certified Coach (Leadership Practices Inventory) through the Wiley Corporation, and Advanced Mediation and Negotiation through Chorda Conflict Management.
Dori authored her first book titled “Playground Personalities: At Play, At Work?” in 2022. She is currently working on her second book. She leads an online women’s ministry and feels her first order of business is winning souls to Christ.

Karen J. Robbins, J.D.
Consultant
Karen J. Robbins is a licensed attorney who earned her law degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Karen launched her career as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Jon R Gray and is a former Jackson County assistant prosecutor. Karen is a Court Approved Mediator with a passion for law and conflict resolution and possesses many hours of training in civil and family law mediation. Karen also provides mediation services for MARCH Inc. (Mediation Achieving Results for Children), a statewide organization that provides no-cost mediation and legal services to eligible Missouri families.
Karen is employed in a Missouri Circuit as a Departmental Executive Director responsible for the management of operations, with an emphasis on conflict resolution and mediation services. Other services under her leadership include the development and oversight of supervised visitation services, parent awareness classes, victim services, and prevention and diversion services.
Additionally, Karen is a Fellow of the Institute for Court Management in Judicial Administration through the National Center of State Courts and is a member of the following organizations; KCMBA (Kansas City MO Bar Association), AFCC (Academy of Family and Conciliation Courts), AMM (Association of Missouri Mediators), NACM (National Association of Court Managers), and SVN (Supervised Visitation Network former board member). Karen is also an active member of the Missouri Supreme Court Committee on Access to Family Courts and currently serves as chair of the Litigant Awareness Sub Committee and the Court Clerk College Sub Committee.

Angie Werkowitch
Consultant
Angie is an experienced administrator and investigator. Skilled in forensic interviewing, she has interviewed thousands of people over the course of her career. Driven by her commitment to integrity and accuracy, she takes pride in providing a respectful and dignified experience to her collaboration partners during the process of organizational growth. She brings value to organizations by recognizing their challenges, supporting their team members through growing pains, and by reinforcing accountability efforts, all while working toward the ultimate goal: a healthy and productive culture. The Missouri Supreme Court has recognized Angie’s leadership contributions by appointing her to multiple commissions and workgroups.
Angie is a University of Central Missouri graduate with a Master of Science in Criminal Justice and bachelor’s degrees in Criminal Justice and Spanish. She is one course away from completing a Master of Public Affairs at the University of Missouri. She is also a graduate of the Correctional Leadership Development and the Executive Excellence programs, both of which are administered by the US Department of Justice, and is a Certified Court Executive and an Institute of Court Management Fellowship candidate. Angie is a Kansas City native who spends her free time cheering on the Kansas City Royals and planning adventures.

Amber Betts
Consultant
Amber is a certified Trainer and HR Talent and Culture Coordinator. Serving as a sought-after Trainer in a variety of industries from Retail, Real Estate Management, Social Services, and Government over the last 12 years and 10 years of Supervisory, Audit Management experience. Amber, born and raised in the Metropolitan area of Kansas City, earned her Legal Studies degree with enthusiasm for merging knowledge and passion for investing in the intellectual equity of people to aid in making a pivotal impact on the present and future endeavors of communities, nationwide. She has an exceptional passion for the creative exploration of development that provides direction and inspires fruitful progression.
Understanding learning is ever-evolving she looks forward to many years of assisting in cultivating many great teams toward a legacy of community, positive application, and remarkable success.
